Best quality Teff so far
I’m very happy with my purchase. This teff didn’t need any additive to ferment; has that natural, earthy smell and brought back a taste of home.

There's some white things mix my flour
Very bad last 3 purchase very bad I am very concerned white things in my flour amazon need to investigate this flour this not pure teff I am not buy any more from this company 😢

Not gluten free
This is definitely not 100% teff..if you are celiac like me and looking for gluten free teff flour this is not it..I wish they disclosed what's they mixing it with
