Gave it one star only because it arrived, it worked once for about a minute. Since then all I get is the blue screen.Too late to return it so have lost out. Total waste of money.

First of all let me say how awesome the customer service is. I chose this product because:1. It seemed like a more user friendly dash cam2. Quality and features looked promising.3. The price is goodI am highly satisfied in all aspects. I purchased the Maxesla dash cam which was really easy to setup! One thing I will note is the screw on the side to tighten the angle of the camera in place is a little sensitive. Don't tighten it too much like I did and strip the screw. It didn't hinder the ability of the cameras functionality but I rather have tightened properly. So I contacted customer service asking if they had any advice or if I could purchase a replacement via email and they responded quickly! They asked for my address and notified me that they will send a replacement part right away free of charge. I emailed them back with the address and within the hour I got a shipping confirmation. WOW! Can you believe that hassle free customer support. I was amazed and so happy I invested in this brand. For more reasons than one. I will tell my friends about this product and I would buy it again in the future.

I love just how easy this dash cam is to set up and use!My old dash cam was a nightmare to set up, everything was complicated, you had to continually go to the settings to change things but not with this, it's virtually plug and play it's that simple! - of course you can alter settings with this camera but the default settings are just perfect for what I need so I simply plugged it into my cigarette lighter socket, the device started recording as soon as I started the engine and stopped when I switched it off - brilliant! - you can also charge another device at the same time with the dual USB ports on the provided charger!Playback is very simple too, it works with either Windows or Apple MacBook, I tried it with both and it worked flawlessly! - again it's just a case of plugging the USB into your computer, it then shows up on your desktop, click on that and you see 'card', inside there are all your recordings and you play them back via any media player you wish that's on your computer!The playback quality is far better that my old one, in fact it's better than any i've seen to be honest (i'm not sure if the quality shown on here with my video will do it justice but in reality the quality is excellent) - you will need an SD card, I believe it will accept up to 32gb so that is ample! - the suction camera holder works brilliantly well, no sign of coming off your windscreen so that's another good feature!All in all this is an excellent product, great quality and at this price I have no hesitation in highly recommending it to everyone looking for a new dash cam, I'm certain that if you were to purchase this you won't be disappointed!

A very reliable dash camera with all of the most important features to protect you on the road!The single most important feature for any dash camera: Video qualityI am pleased to say this device produces a good quality video (see my screenshot for an example of the quality). It works well in good lighting and sees number plate without a problem. During the night, quality leaves much to be desired.Features that matter:1. Parking modeThis is a handy feature where the camera stays on standby and switched on and starts recording if it detects an impact while you are parked. Essentially, parked hit & run protection.2. Auto startThe camera switches on when you start the car and immediately starts recording. You can set this device up and forget it exists until you need it!3. Generous expandable storage. Approximately 1 minute of Full HD video is ~100mb. This cam accepts large microSD cards (took at 32gb without issues). This means you get a continuous log of your last 5 hours of driving. The oldest files are constantly overwritten.QualityThe included suction mount works well and does not lead to camera shake. The included long cable means you can tuck away wires within the cars headlining keeping things tidy. The actual camera is constructed out of mostly metal and feels nice in the hand. The whole setup feels like it worth the price.OverallA good camera that ticks all of the essential boxes at a fair price! Well worth it!

I found this dash cam easy to set up and use. The picture quality during playback is excellent. I have not tried it in the dark yetso cannot comment on that. The power lead is long enough to route around sun visor, down window pillar and across to cig lighter. I am happy with this dash cam and can recommend it.

I have only been using this item for about 14 days including one long return journey for 500 miles. It appears to work well and has a very good wide angle lens. The only problem is ,as usual, is the instruction booklet which leaves a lot to be desired as is common with products made in China.

This stops and starts as it pleases so half the time it doesn't record, disappointed.
