It works but you need to read this manual to work it correctly

If no input is made for about 5 seconds in another mode, the thermostat returns to this standard display.Tripping temperature setting:To set the trigger temperature, press the button labeled 'SET'. The seven-segment display flashes. You can now set a trigger temperature (in °C) with the '+' and '-' buttons in 0.1 degree increments. If no buttons are pressed for about 2 seconds, the trigger temperature is saved and the display returns to the current temperature.Setting parameters:To set any parameter, press the 'SET' button first for at least 5 seconds. The seven-segment display should now show 'P0'. This is equivalent to the P0 parameter. The various parameters (P0 to P6) can be passed through by pressing the '+' or '-' buttons. If you press the SET button while one of the parameters is displayed, you can change the value for this parameter using the “+” and “-” buttons (see below). When you're done setting a parameter, press the 'set' button to exit this option. If no buttons are pressed for approximately 5 seconds, the thermostat exits parameter options and returns to the standard temperature display.Setting the cooling or heating parameter P0:The parameter P0 has two settings, C and H. If it is set to C (the default), the relay will start when the temperature is reached. Use this setting when connecting to an air conditioner. If set to H, the relay drops when the temperature is reached. Use this setting when controlling a heater.Hysteresis parameter P1 setting:Determines how large the temperature change must be before the relay changes its state. For example, if the default setting 2°C has been selected and the trip temperature is set to 25°C, the relay is not deactivated until the temperature drops back below 23°C. Setting this hysteresis helps prevent the thermostat from triggering all the time when the temperature moves around the trigger temperature.Setting the upper limit of thermostat parameter P2:This parameter limits the maximum adjustable trip temperature. It can be used as a safety to prevent too high a trip temperature from being accidentally set by the user.Setting the lower limit of thermostat parameter P3:This parameter limits the minimum trip temperature that can be set. It can be used as a safety to prevent a trip temperature that is too low from being accidentally set by the user.Setting the temperature offset correction parameter P4:If you notice a difference between the temperature displayed and the actual temperature (e.g. if the temperature sensor is on a long cable distance), you can use this parameter to make minor corrections to the temperature display.Setting the trip delay parameter P5:This parameter can be used to delay switching of the relay when the trip temperature is reached. The parameter can be set in increments of one minute up to a maximum of 10 minutes.Setting the overtemperature alarm parameter P6: Setting a value for this parameter causesthe relay to be switched off when the temperature reaches this setting. The seven-segment display also shows' — 'to indicate an alarm condition. The relay is not activated again until the temperature drops below this value. The default is OFF.

Greenhouse extraction fan control
This was just what I was looking for to control the extraction fan for the greenhouse. Out is very versatile, easy to wire up and the setup was easy. There is a video for the setup, but it would have been easier if the setup chart had been included in the documentation. My set up works as a 12v system but the circuit can be powered from a 9v battery - useful for finding out how it works or setting it up before putting it in a difficult location.

This device can be bought cheaper if you don't mind waiting weeks for it to come from china. I wanted to get my computer cooling sorted so got this with prime delivery.I didn't contact the seller for instruction as it is not too hard to find with Google. There are 3 buttons to set it. the left button you short press to enter temperature setting and the other 2 change it up and down. Press the left button again to set. A long press on the left button gets you in to the parameters to change mode to cooling and other things.I thought I would need to return it as the set temperature would not stay after a power off. i set 40C and it kept reverting to 30. I tried a long press on the set button after temperature setting and it now remembers 40C.The terminals are 2 relay contacts on the left and 12V supply on the right. I looped +12 to a relay contact for my switched output.Would have given 5 stars but for the problems early on getting it to stay set.

Programability makes this controller very versatile
This is a very versatile controller handling a max load current of 10A. RH terminals are 0v & 12v. K0 & K1 are the off/on relay contacts - acting just like a switch. Whether the relay contacts are "normally on" (e.g. to control a heater) or "normally off" (e.g. to control a cooling fan) is determined by changing the 'P0' parameter (P-zero). To do this press and hold "set" button until "P0" is displayed. Press "set" button again briefly - it now displays the current mode (C-ooling or H-eating). If you want heating, press the '+'; if you want cooling, press '-'. Now just leave unit to exit from programming mode (few seconds).I would like to add that I extended the probe wire to about 3 metres with no deleterious effects. Works fine!

Just the job
Easy to setup. Simple to connect. I'd use them over and over again

Too small
It's very very small, difficult to adjust the temperature settings.

Feel the heat.
Exellent piece of kit. Very small and works very well once you have been on google to find the 7 or 8 different programming options for delay, top and bottom threshold and so on. I use them on power supply builds to keep the fan noise to a minimum, also inside the pc and kenwood set.

Not working
Relay switches but voltage isn’t output to K1 or K2. I would like to send this back and get a refund or a working board
