Q: Can these be used in the microwave?

No - the wax will melt and damage the cloth. Wash with cool water also. We use a plate to cover items in the microwave now :)

Q: How long does this last before you have to throw it away?

The instructions that come with the pack say that it ought to last about a year. Only had them for a couple of months so haven't tested this out yet - so far so good.

Q: As with dozens of other products on Amazon, there is precious little really useful info about this product. Like, what is the size of each sheet?

Small 7"x8". Medium 10"X11". Large 13"x14".
