These socks amazing and really do help with Plantar Fasciitis. Training for a half marathon and got this injury with 6 weeks to go and was gutted. Yes you are suppose to rest and do your stretches but I have a commitment to a charity so these are extremely helpful to get you to the start line. I wear these after a run to support the arch of your foot and for a few hours at a time during the day. I find you can't wear them all day as the socks feel too tight. These socks have eased the pain and worth the money. If you are looking to ease pain and short term fix well worth the investment.

I've been wearing one compression sock on my right foot for a week now and there is some improvement to the pain in my right heel. I am very much prone to bouts of plantar fasciitis and this a particularly bad bout. The compression sock fits well - I'm a size 7 and it's a medium. Whilst the pain is still there, the support of the sock seems to comfort it, so I would recommend these socks as I think they will help the pain to go away sooner.

I have similar for my arthritic hands ..so felt positive ordering. Not too difficult to put on if folded down first..even with my hands. I never wear socks or tights ..always bare feet in shoes, boots and even wellies. These are so comfortable no mater which shoes I wear around the house or going for walks.I used to get pain walking ...but no more. These socks have put a new spring in my step, and will be ordering another pair soon.Highly recommended...and certainly worth trying.I take a size 8 shoe ( but not particularly wide feet ) and medium is perfect for me.

I bought these as i have been suffering from plantar fasciitis. They really do make a difference. So much so i bought a second pair! They dont make the condition go away but when im wearing these socks i can pretty much wear any shoes i like and they really support your feet and the pain almost magically disappears.

These socks do help. I have small feet so I was concerned that they wouldn't support my foot well enough.I found that the socks tightened up after going though the wash which was helpful. They can easily be worn under ordinary socks and don't roll up anywhere so are comfortable.

Bought these in desperation as I have plantar fascitis rheumatoid arthritis and fybromialgia. The plantar fascitis was the last straw as my movement is restricted anyway and walking is my main form of exercise. The first day I was a bit unsure as I found them a little tight but I persevered and it really was worth it, within two days I was feeling less pain and now seven days later the difference is remarkable. I would definitely recommend trying these they have made an appreciable difference and I would not be without them.
