Easy to take
This is a good supplement for protein. I eat badly and erratically, so looked for the best source of extra protein. This came top, so I bought it, didn't expect it to be so easy to take, but it is. Good od Solgar again!

I feel it strengthens my immune system
Take this to try to boost immune system...feel it does help with this...tablets are a bit large and not nice to chew so have to take with yoghurt... but otherwise a great product...have heard some spirulina can be contaminated with nasties but have had no ill effects from these so sticking with them as long as the price doesn't get silly :)

Good Quality
I would give this a 5 star but I am used to Gaia brand Spirulina which is a very small pill. Being unable to get that brand I got the Solgar (which I use for many other supplements) but the Solgar is a rather large pill, I prefer the small ones.

Uncomfortable to swallow because LARGE & SHARP EDGES - BUT GOOD SPIRULINA CONTENT
The spirulina content is great, it seems to be making me better.BUT I really don't like the tablet design, it's got really sharp edges like they actually hurt my throat, every day I take 15 different supplements and this is the only one I dread as I have to take four of these huge sharp pills, it takes me too long as i have fear associated with this pill. I might actually start using a nail file/emery board or sandpaper or something to smoothen them down.How hard is it to smooth the edges of pills? Serious serious design flaw here. They need to redesign them.In fact I'm going to complain to Solgar about it soon.

Good for energy
Helps keep my energy levels up. This is the main reason I take it, it has the added bonus of helping the appearance of my skin, it's clearer when I take these.
