Follow the instructions then they will work perfectly
Perfect impression. Boil the water in a sauce pan as soon as it stops bubbling lift the saucepan off the stove wait 10 seconds and dip them into the water. Mine took about 10 seconds to soften. Put them in your mouth and suck the air out of them. Mine worked perfect first time. Very happy with the product! Perfect for teeth whitening

Barely touched hot water and it shrinks beyond any use. Cheap product I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst Thermoform Trays I've Used
I purchased these to use alongside Plus White 5 Min Gel. I managed to get them to a workable state after spending about 10 mins trying to perfect them, but they are certainly-not user friendly. Both trays shrank significantly by the time they were softened enough to mold them to my teeth, and they started to harden back up as soon as I took them out of the boiling water, which wasn't much help. Luckily they can be used, but they don't cover as many of my teeth as I would like due to the shrinkage. The box they come with is quite handy, though.

Better than everyone else is saying they are
I bought these before reading the reviews so I was a bit worried when I saw that everyone had said they didn't work. They worked perfectly for me though. I think the trick is to submerge them for a few seconds and keep taking them out to check how much they've softened. I did this and once I saw that the plastic was slightly soft, I put them on my teeth. They came out perfect. I haven't actually used them yet but I'm sure they'll be spot on 👌🏼

Don’t soften
I wanted these for teeth whitening as I broke my usual ones, these not seem to soften at all in hot water, so am unable to use them as they don’t fit my teeth.I did receive them very quickly though, so thank you to the seller for that.

Does not mould
The mouth tray is not mouldable. I put it in freshly boiled water and it will not mould as the plastic will not melt enough. I have attempted this multiple times following the instructions word for word. Product is not fit for use. Waste of money.
