A worthwhile fan!
Has been a life saver living in a warm flat, we place this on a stool so it hits the whole room. It only rotates 90° which is a little annoying as you have to pick and choose where to place it however it isn't too much of an inconvenience. All of the buttons are located on the top of the fan and are easy to read and press. The noise isn't the loudest but also not the quietest however it's very easy to sleep at night with this on. It doesn't cool, this is just a tower fan and will just circulate warm air however does work on days where it's not sweltering. The remote is a greate feature so we can change modes from our bed, haven't had to use the timer function yet as this is always on. Sleep mode isn't much different from the normal mode just a little quieter so we don't use that much. Nature is a little annoying as it's just varying speeds and strength of wind so the change in noise can get on your nerves a little but if you like difference in speeds it could work for you.Has a little holder at the back so it's easy to pick up and move around to a different space and isn't heavy at all so there's no struggle.

Highly recommended. Great fan.
Overall this product is excellent, i will break it down in too a few subjects so you get a idea.Build quality - overall very good, nice and sturdy, super easy to put together and if doesn't feel as if it's going to fall apart on you.Loudness - so on the low setting this thing is silent, on the high setting it does make a noise and if you need silence to sleep, which I don't I can sleep pretty much anywhere then it could be a issue. But it's really not super loud even when on max output.Cooling - honestly excellent, this is by far the best fan I have ever had it really does keep you cool and if you wack it up to max and set it so it blows on you. Then you can be cold even in hot weather. The settings so that it turns itself off are very good, they work exactly as advertised. And are a very welcome feature so that I can set it to turn off after I fall asleep for instance.Other - good length lead so that it can be moved away from th socket by quite a good distance. The remote control also works perfectly fine.

Value for money, budget friendly fan.
The media could not be loaded. I was moving house in 30° heat and needed some thing for the new lounge. It makes a reasonable amount of noise but it was also one of the cheaper fans, so I expected it to. Assembled it in ten seconds and it was on. Batteries are not included for the remote, which takes 3 x AAA's. The oscillation would be better if it covered a wider angle, but it's perfectly adequate for a smaller-medium sized room. Nice and light when moving it around. Good power on the fan. A good few setting options.Good value for money as far as I'm concerned.

This is an excellent item. DO NOT pay attention to the bad reviews!
I got this after that crazy heatwave in the summer (2017) since during that week all fans were emptied from the shelves across the country! :DAfter looking through many MANY different fans, I thought this was a good one, but I saw soooooo many mixed reviews that I really didn't know what to expect. But, knowing that my money is safe with Amazon, I ordered this for £45, which is way better than the cheaper version (£35) without a remote control. I mean, it even had a twisting spring timer instead of buttons! (FFS, what is this, the 1950s?!). As visible from the pictures, this one has a very nice sleek interface on the top.It came very well packaged (as expected) and took hardly any time to assemble. It LITERALLY had 2 plastic half-plates and one screw to affix to the bottom! Anyone with a modicum of COMMON SENSE could assemble that in a minute, yet some people were crying on the comment section on how it's not doable (it even came with an instruction manual FFS!) or how the wire goes underneath and makes it unsteady (HOW STUPID ARE SOME PPL!?! SMH). My guess is that these people have problems putting their pants on the right way and are phased by things 5 year old do easily. Anyhoo...The item works perfectly (both for a big room and a living room), and after that heatwave (where it was around 35 in London) I haven't used the high setting anymore. The low setting is absolutely fine for low 20s temperatures, and hardly makes a sound (the high setting does, but in that kind of heat the last thing you care about is your fan making some noise). It has sleep and nature modes as well, which I personally didn't see a need to use. It has a great stylish timer which can be set for 0.5 hr up to 7.5 hrs in 0.5 hr intervals. And obviously, and oscillating function too.P.S. Naturally, ss a tower fan it has pros and cons compared with a traditional standing fan. It makes a bit more sound (but hardly worth thinking about) but is more compact and stylish.
