Honeywell TurboForce Power Fan (Quiet Operation Cooling, 90° Variable Tilt, 3 Speed Settings, Wall Mount Feature, Table Fan) HT900E

Looks well made, solid robust build quality. Reference to reviews I read- Yes, their's a good Hum sound, not the quietest of fans, not ridiculous though. It tilts through 90° in four positions ( one forward, one upright two in-between, if stood on base) Front cover is removable for cleaning, their are four screws in rear ( not sugested in instructions!) You can feel the fan air between 4 to 5 metres. Lower settings you can certainly feel air circulation at same distance & tell you're breathing fan air. The speed control is the size of a UK 10 pence piece. It's base is wall mountable & it's possible to temporarily hang as screw locations are open (see pic)

Bought two of these in the build up to the hottest May on record. Perfect timing for the purchase of these Honeywell fans. We've had Honeywell gear before and it's been good, so didn't worry about buying these. NO, THEY AREN'T OSCILLATING..... NO, THEY AREN'T REMOTE CONTROLLED..... They simply move large amounts of air around your room. We have two Dyson AM09 hot + cool fans and these Honeywell fans make less noise and blow harder than the Dysons on full. You can feel the breeze on the opposite side of the room (at least 6m) which the Dyson can't achieve and we've even had them angled at the ceiling and get the cooling effect from above. Superb fan for £28 and would buy more if needed. Cable is a reasonable length and seem robust with quality plastic construction throughout. Our only gripe would be the ON/OFF dial. Not only is it a little small and in a slightly awkward position on the unit it goes from OFF to III, then II then I. This though does not detract from a little belter of a fan.

Powerful, compact and sturdy. Best fan I have brought in a while. It's a bit weird the on button turns in the opposite direction but the positives outweigh this. It looks good and keeps me cool, I am amazed at it's power for such a small fan

Brilliant! I have literally just opened it as it's just been delivered but so far it's great! Easy to use and good size! Small of course but its good because its out of the way and can fit in little spaces like bedside tables, counter tops etc without getting in the way or being too bulky or an eye sore. It's quite a pleasant design too, it looks nice! It's powerful and has 4 power settings (off, 1,2 and 3.) which are noticeable when used and changed. 1 being the lowest and 3 being the highest wind force. I must say, it's not quiet but its sort of like white noise. Definitely louder when next to it or if it's directly facing you but maybe if you have it further away its not too loud :) I paid £33 pounds for this i believe (£4.99 shipping included) but its definitely worth it! Better than some other fans that are more expensive anyways. I'd say if you need a fan then i don't see why you shouldn't purchase this!

We have 2 set up in the bedrooms. Great cooling for the size of our rooms and compact to fit on the sides instead of cluttering floor space with a free standing one. Easy to store over winter as well with the size. Given the size, still pushes a good flow of air around. Worth the money for hot days

I've had this fan for 2 years now so it has been properly time tested. First of all I swapped my old Dyson table fan for this because I found this to be superior in terms of keeping me cool, even in the really hot summers, it made the nights bearable. I would definitely recommend it if what you are looking for is something to keep you cool - this does the job much better than a lot of fans I have tried over the years. However, it does not come with a remote control and does not oscillate, so may not be for you if you need those features but you can tilt the head up and down to the angle you need. In terms of size - it is small enough to fit on a shelf and looks nice as far as fans go. It has three speed settings which are pretty powerful. The drawback is that the control dial is actually situated on top of the fan head (towards the back) itself which can get fiddly to use. I have also found that the order of speed settings is a bit strange as it goes from 'off' to speed 3, 2 then 1 which seems backwards to me. Would have made more sense to go from 1-3. But if you want a relatively cheap fan to keep you cool in the hot weather then yes, this would do the job nicely.

I ordered this fan yesterday late afternoon and it arrived first thing this morning. It is what it is I suppose, but I appreciated taking it straight out of the box, plugging it in and having it work first time without any faffing about. I am suffering form an awful virus at the moment and cannot stand being overly hot, so the ease of use was paramount and this delivered. It is robustly built and quiet- even my cat sat in front of it so that's a big tick. I appreciated the ability to angle the fan to suit my seating position and am so pleased have just sent for another one for the bedroom. Small but equally effective as a large one both for personal use i.e directly on the face or to cool a room.

Nice fan with great cooling. Only downside is the speed control ON-3-2-1

This is an excellent product if you are looking for an air circulator. Unfortunately it does not oscillate which would have been a nice feature to have. Ideally this is to be used along with the air con or a heater to circulate air in the room. We use it in a 7.5 x 4 mt room. The air flow on the lowest speed easily reaches 3 meters and at medium to high speed easily reaches upto 5 meters away. An excellent air circulator by any standards especially considering it size. Even at top speed we found the unit to be relatively quite. Highly recommended.
