Excellent quality probiotics. I only take one capsule a day and boost it to two if I am feeling under the weather. I definitely feel they are making a difference to my health and are excellent value for money if you are taking only one a day.

Unfortunately there is no seal on this bottle it has been taken off !!!So I must return it.I have bought these many times and the product when unopened is very good

I have used viridian supplements for years with great success and I was looking for a probiotic to help me more with the good bacteria in my body. I have been using this for weeks now and had no problems. I don't know if it is working but I do feel good.I use the vitamin d3 as I was severely deficient, it has helped raise my levels massively to a 11 to 56 over a gradual process of months. I now take higher doses of 2 x 2000 ius a day and only started on 400. It's brilliant and a massive success. I could not tolerate the prescription of d3 but this natural form was perfect. I feel so much better.This is how I know I can trust viridian.The only reason I gave a 4 is due to me not knowing if they work.

There's nothing worse than itchy sore bits! Ever seen a dog dragging it's bum along the floor to relieve an itch, well I nearly tried that! Unfortunately this is a common side effect of antibiotics for many woman, amongst other reasons (birth control), itching that is not dragging your bum on the floor! I read about this supplement in a magazine and thought I would give it a go. I started with 3 a day for a couple of weeks and then dropped to 2 and then 1. Have been leading a itchy sore free life since. Have nearly finished another course of antibiotics so put up my dose and have had no sign of any itchy side effect (thank goodness, dragging said parts on floor to relieve itchyness may not go down well in work!)

Works trmendously for a start but would advise coming off it now and again to let your body recover as found it doesn't have the same effect after prolonged usage without a break but thats just a personnal thing
