I did a lot of research before I bought this Bluetooth speaker, after all I had never heard of fugoo.What a revelation. The sound that comes out of this little speaker just blows you away. It's pin sharp and doesn't distort on high volume, it is awesome. I noticed on another review a criticism that it wasn't very loud. Well on loud mode it most certainly is.Build quality is superb, battery life is amazing.It makes my Bose soundlink mini look rubbish in just about every way.It is without doubt the best gadget I've bought since my iPhone 6 Plus.Yes it's expensive in comparison to a lot of other speakers but in my opinion worth every penny.I hope it lasts as long as it's quality durable looks suggest.Ps. If you really want to get the most out of this speaker in your home put a hook or nail in the wall and hang the speaker, vertically, at head height and get the remote control that goes with it.The 360 degree sound bouncing off the wall is outstanding !Absolutely delighted.Two and a half years later used every day & still going strong !

Just great, as promised:- amazing sound for its size, I've been using it every days for a while now, and was never bothered by the quality of the sound, always sounds good (unless you push it to the max, but even there it's still good enough)- resists to water and shocks (tested), looks pretty much indestructible- has the promised autonomy (40hrs)- no bluetooth problem, easy to set-upOnly minus would be the voice command feedback that's a bit loud and you cannot turn it off, but that's really a minor disagreement.I really recommend it, very good investment !

Speaker bluetooth broke, the speaker quality also deteriorated within the first 6 months.

Bought this to take to work with me outdoors and I am seriously impressed. The sound quality is excellent and the volume is pretty good too. I originally bought a B&O Beoplay A2 for this purpose which was nearly twice the price and fantastic quality but unfortunately the battery only lasted an hour at full volume. The Fugoo Tough however while not quite as loud has amazing battery life. After having it on full volume for 6/7 hours it helpfully told me (after a press of the power button) that the battery was still 3/4 full. I just cannot praise this speaker enough and on top of all this its completely waterproof and virtually unbreakable. Just excellent.

Chunky little thing that has a nice solid feel to it. Easy to use. Sound quality is reasonable, a bit better than other Bluetooth speakers I have heard, which seem to have very little bass. Volume is not amazingly loud but its adequate. The long battery life is a bonus - You can use it frequently for extended periods without having to plug it into its charger frequently.Instead of a visual display panel it uses verbal messages to confirm button presses (apart from the obvious Vol+ and Vol- buttons) and battery status. You can adjust the message volume level.Comes with a power supply and a 0.5m, stereo 3.5mm jack cable.

Had this speaker for a couple of years and still impressed by its sound quality and battery life. Great for camping, parties and moving about the house whilst doing chores

Really nice and sturdy speakers. They feel good quality and I've already accidentally dropped them a couple of times, not even a scratch or skipping to the song. Would definitely recommend these!

Good strong sounds from a smallish unit that isn't excessively heavy (but heavy enough to stay put on a windy day) Very easy to set up, very long battery life when charged. A rather loud and annoying 'announcement' plays when turning it on/off but it's a minor issue really. Definitely this does what I want from a rugged Bluetooth speaker.
