V pleased with the product and my wide loves the colour! Lots of cheaper ones around but you know that Bosu are excellent quality. Easy to inflate and use.

Excellent for developing core strength and balance. I use for push ups and dumbbell exercise like snow angels. Trying to learn how to do pistol squats balancing on the bosu trainer.

There are lots of balance trainers on the market, but after doing some research I decided to go with BOSU. The getting started QR code is really useful and takes you straight to everything you need - the manual, videos on set-up, registering your warranty, and work-out videos. Even the outside of the box has a marker level of 8.5 inches so you have a guide for inflating it correctly. It seems really sturdy and built to last.

Has burst already. Very poor. No option to return or replace

Love the Bosu Ball, brilliant robust bit of kit although the pump isn't, was quite hilarious trying to pump it up and it kept coming undone, caused laughing rather than frustration. Even with the cheap pump it didn't take long to pump up. Really pleased, my personal trainer told me to get this one for home use and not the commercial use one, it's pretty much identical, brilliant for keeping fit on. Delivery was quick, no complaints.

BOSU Balance Trainer, 65cm The OriginalIve used a balance trainer for years, for me there are so many things that you can do in order to strengthen your core muscles.I used these in physio countless of times for rehab work and still to this day i continue to use it.Ive bought cheaper alternative previously in order to save money however, the plastic seem to break after about 6months to a year with consistent usage.The last bosu lasted me years and its a true testament when the one i use in physio is around 7 years old and it gets used pretty much all the time until it finally gave up.The material used is pretty much similar to the cheaper alternative this just wins out majorly when the bladder is form to the surrounding plastic which is just way more durable and thick so will last alot longer than the cheaper ones.You do hear air which personally i haven't heard before probably because of the background noises i just haven't noticed this yet it seem like the bladder itself has a pocket which when weight is placed on top of it draws air out and when you get off the air gets drawn back. This is because im am yet to reinflate the device its been consistent and hasn't deflated at all.Overall quality material, very versatile.

Fortunately I have a compressor so inflating this wasn’t a problem for me. Lovely bit of kit to use for core and overall strength and stability. This has been a favourite piece of mine in gyms for years and I am so chuffed to finally have one I can use at home. Delivery was really fast too. Order 3/3/2022 with expected delivery 13-23/3/2022 but arrived 8:30am today (5/3/2022). So excited to start using it. As others have commented though the flat side is too slippery to use barefoot or in socks (although I may try my grippy yoga socks with it and see if they are any help).
