Q: Is this a genuine redken product? The RRP is £54 so why so cheap??

HiThank you for your enquiry. We currently have this product available for £29.70. I can confirm that, from us, the product is genuine. Obviously I can't speak for other sellers but I see no reason to think that their products will not also be genuine. I am not sure, however, where you have seen an RRP of £54.00 for this item. This is not the case. Q: Does this come with a pump??

Normally no! However there are offers that include the pumps! But it is clearly indicated!

Q: does it make your hair dry

Not any problems using on my hair; found it extremely moisturising detangling and conditioning. Can't answer for everyone but the product is not meant to cause dry hair so can't see this being an issue. I actually got damaged part of my hair cut off before using this shampoo and conditioner set so I haven't actually used it on damaged hair but my hair has grown healthy from chin length to chest length over the past year getting trims every 6 weeks.
