Very bright, need a Canbus decoder but well worth it.
I installed these on a Skoda Yeti. They fit but are very difficult to clip in; they also flickered badly and showed Canbus errors.I bought a Canbus decoder and the error messages stopped, the lights still flicker six to eight times as you switch them on but then remain stable. You can adjust the beam by turning the stem of the bulb, I have never been flashed by oncoming cars. The bulbs are very bright and have worked well for six months now.I really recommend them.

H4 UNITS FOR LDV CONVOY VAN / BUS
Hi would like to say a few words about these bulbs firstly very good price fraction of what these used to cost so hope they last well they are very bright but don't dazzle oncoming motorists I've fitted them to a 2005 LDV minibus only problem is because of the large heatsink/fan unit iv had to make a small cut in the rubber boot which goes on back of the bulb you can leave the boot off but fear condensation may get into lens unithowever overall very well made units also advise aligning beam pattern by facing a wall and by turning whole heatsink unit slightly left or right to straighten pattern ( I had to do this on both sides) I hope this helps anyone thinking of purchasing these units, many thanks.

Decent, Very Bright !!!
I brought these to replace a blown Osram Nightbreaker bulbs. They arw excellent very bright, and white. Easy to fit into my Mk1 Focus. The beam pattern is slightly off i believe, but i think it can be corrected by adjusting the headlight reflectors.Would deffo buy again !!!

bright bulbs
They are bright!!! Check you have the room to fit them as the back sticks out quite a bit. Also the beam pattern isn't the same as the old bulbs so not sure if it's going to past mot.

Illegal and Blinding.
I'm a roadside mechanic and people have been going on so much about these things I thought I'd find out for myself. Fitted them to my Van and can confirm for use in Great Britain I'm afraid its a no. They are illegal, beam displacement is all wrong, you will blind oncoming traffic in dipped beam and if the fan fails you will have a potentially bad fire on your hands. Mine are now in the bin.

Bright yes easy to fit yes
These lamps look the business, they are certainly brighter and a more whit light which makes the beam look brighter. Not tried them out in driving conditions but they do look brighter than the filament lamps they replace. Although the original "boot" will not fit as the berrel of the lamp prevents the boot from being refitted. Not sure how long before the weather gets into the light cluster. Time will tell.

Fantastic replacement led bulbs.
I can't recommend these enough. The difference from the old bulbs really has to be seen to believe it. They are in themselves a work of art but be wary they are bigger to fit than the standard bulbs and you need a bit more wiggle room (they have some cooling fins at the rear and a little fan which runs when the bulbs are on. I'm quite surprised at how good they are as you hear all about these super bright bulbs but these really are bright.

Brilliant light output but very poor build quality
Met my expectations for light output but build quality is frankly quite poor.. Installed the bulbs correctly to my vehicle and made sure everything worked correctly, but the bulbs only lasted just over a month and the bulb has started flickering to the point it got me pulled over because a police car thought I was flashing them, I have since tried to remove the bulb that has failed and the cooling unit on the back of the bulb has dislodged itself therefore leaving it stuck in the vehicle
