Used it once and I noticed my hair felt stronger and had more body. Shedding reduced a bit so can understand why this may promote hair growth & retention. Not sure on the moisture just yet, It didn’t dry my hair but think I’ve used better conditioners for moisture. The smell isn’t awful, but is strong and was worried at first as it literally smells of soap and thought it’d strip my hair- it didn’t though. If you get the smaller size beware that if your hair is longer/thicker it won’t last long. Overall I will buy again. For now I’ll use this here & there as I am protein sensitive.

Oh my word! This is so small. The jar is 3.5" high by 3" across. If you're good with metric measures, that's fine but if like me, you still think in feet and inches you will be shocked when you see it. What a waste of money! I won't be buying it again no matter how good it turns out to be.
