I bought a genuine one direct from manufacturers own website on black friday.The compact is not tiny, but rather bigger than many palettes out there. Nice shimmer. No glitter flecks. Compared to the lighter version, sun dipped is definitely the one to go to for south asian brown skin and darker. Having said that i am not pleased with the colours so glad i got it on sale. by the way the modern renaissance was not on sale anywhere on black friday. The colour that gets to me is the bronzed. itself, a nice colour the way it should be but how on earth is anyone supposed to wear the colour of a brand new shiny 1p coin as a high lighter? will it not contradict with your blusher? its too shiny and ona south asian skin tone wouldnt look good as a blush on its own per say. the only way this will work is as an eye shadow. and the only way the tourmaline alongside bronzed will work is by using a very light hand. the summer and moonstone can be played up on this skin colour tone. i do like the shade summer.I also purchased the aurora glow kit as the alternative would look to grey on brown skin. that is also something i would not pay full price for. glitter specks everywhere! however the shades are nice and the luna is a silver. my only ray of light is the fact that, unless i imagined it, after swatching it on my hand about 10 minutes later the glitter had fallen off (that how big the particles are) to leave a beautiful shimmer. Again to have green or orange high lights is something that is going along the unicorn themed make up look, it wont be in fashion forever. i also noticed that the formula feels cool on my skin and as soft as velvet. blendable. the eclipse shade is stunning.finally i also purchased the fenty highlighter in the husla shade. Again im not impressed because one side of it is full of glitter the same as ABH. and that side has a golden glow. however the other left hand side has no glitter and is natural. too natural, for my liking. the good thing about the glittery side is that it doesn't look golden in the pallete but when swtached it is a gold shade so maybe eliminates the need for buying trophy wife.I also ordered huda lip liner in iconic and that is a shade that suits south asian skin tones. very nice, creamy no need for a lipstick. lip liner can be instead of.
