Relaxing

These work nicely if you just need a little bit of help drifting off. Although they don't last all night like non-herbals.I'm a terrible sleeper and don't want the hard stuff - well not regularly anyway; and these definitely help a bit.Useless for severe insomnia though.

I've been using nytol (one a day) for a while and have found it generally helpful. It doesn't knock you out like a sedative, but taking it at the same time every night and practicing some better sleep hygiene I have definitely found it easier to get to fall asleep.However this version (which is two pills rather than one a night) tastes and smells like rotting cheese. It's awful, and what's worse I can still smell and taste it when I wake. It makes your hands smell too just from touching them. Try the one a night version rather than this one
