HONEST REVIEW, beautiful but wouldn't buy again.
HONEST REVIEW: I ordered these shoes in my actual size rather than a bit large like I usually do. First the PROS:1) They fit well, you can wear them tight or loose and they don't slip off of your feet.2) They are very nice looking and clean pretty easily. Just use something wet and microfiber is my suggestion for cloth (or cotton). Takes a little rubbing on certain spills but they do shine up nice, and to my surprise they don't scuff as easily as I thought. I drive limos for a living (no Floyd Christmas lol) and they get banged on more things that you might imagine.3) They look great, did i mention that? Love the square toe.4) I've had them for a few weeks now and have not noticed any stinky smells from them.CONS:1) The leather is very thin and it makes the shoe uncomfortable, the heel has been digging into my feet for 4 days in hopes of "breaking them in"... to no avail. The review that had some lady's son saying they are comfortable is total bull dung, most uncomfortable shoes I've worn and I've worn many types. $30 shoes from burlington or ross are far more comfortable. After 4 days of trying to break them in I had to cut not one but 2 slits in the back of the shoe, each about 4 cm long running vertically along each side of the thicker, sewn on seam. You can't notice the slits even without your pant leg covering them and they fit much more comfortably. Having said that, they still aren't in the realm of "comfortable" and I would have gone with another brand had I known they were so thin. The leather "lining" is a joke, sales pitch.ALL in all, I love the look of the shoe and they do fit well, but I WOULD NOT buy another pair, especially since I wear them on a daily basis. If you are going to wear them one time and don't mind the feeling of little sharp blades against your heels then have at it. Godspeed.(In the picture below, I am pushing the outer material so that you can better see the modification)

Good value. A bit stiff. But okay, looks nice.
Pro:- Looks very nice - just like the picture.- Good Value/Price. (As long as it's under 50. Mine was in the 40s. 30-ish would be even sweeter)Con:A bit stiff. (Read below)Some smell (Read below)Recommend? Yes.I bought this shoe for a wedding. It was hard to find a good looking, black, patent-leather shoe for under $50. I was looking to spend between 30 to 50 US Dollars. I got it in the 40s. Overall a good value. The most important aspect for me was that it look good. It does. It got a little cracked in the front from wearing, so not as nice as when I first put it on, but I think that's probably normal. But, I don't know because this is my first patent leather shoes. When I first took them out of the box they stunk really, really bad. I got these at the same time as another Zengara shoe which also smelled bad. Fortunately, the bad smell from these went quickly away. The other ones (a brown Z30150 Oxford) were really bad in smell and had to return them. The only other issue was that the sides rubbed along the bone on the outer side of my feet. Luckily I tried them on before the wedding. To alleviate this potential problem, I put a 'band-aid' on my feet where the shoe rubbed. It was fine. (Would have been a big problem otherwise.) Aside from that, good shoes. Good value. Look good.

Nice and sleek
Needed tuxedo shoes ASAP for a wedding and this was perfect although it wasn't comfortable enough to last in them all day. The shine and style is great though! Danced the night away with them and I was able to get the shoes more flexible over time. The laces were long, but I think that was intentional so that you can hide it without them coming out after being tied. One thing I did not like is that the top layer had chipped on the front end of the shoe and it now has a small gray spot. Not exactly sure how that happened but now these shoes are unusable. Regardless, these are great shoes, I just wish it hadn't chipped so I can use them again. The 2nd and 3rd use would probably be better as they are broken in... Boo!

Just right.
Perfect shoe for a tux. The price is great for what you get and it's certainly a lot better than renting shoes that have been worn by other guys and you'll only have to return the rented ones. This isn't the type of shoes most of us would wear every day, so they should last for all those special and rare occasions. They are not made of leather but don't look any different from those that are. This was an important feature for me because I'm vegan. Easy to wipe clean. I'm glad I purchased these.

Outstanding value for money
My husband bought these shoes to match his slim fit Ralph Lauren rental tux on his wedding day, as he needed a quick alternative to the horrid ones they were offering at the rental store.Other comments regarding the odor that these shoes give off are accurate. We left them out on the porch for 5 days before the wedding (and they have been outside since). Unless your nose is close and you are purposely trying to smell the shoes, then yes, they wreak. Other than that, they are not too bad.The fit itself is quite good. The only thing that he complained of was that the upper edge was digging into his skin. Given we were not out on our feet for the entire day (like other weddings) it was bearable enough. If you are looking for a quick alternative to a rental place for an affordable amount, then this is the shoe for you.

Like it’s a 15 for a man with a wide ...
My husband has a big footB between a 14.5 and 15 depending on the show. For dress shoes we buy 15 US MEN, this shoe was HUGE! Almost too big! Like it’s a 15 for a man with a wide foot or a very large man maybe? My husband is just y’all and slim with a big foot, zero fat. So if you have a fat foot it’s probably a perfect fit.
