Product is good.
There is no laptop bag with this order but when we go to the market to buy a laptop they give that company’s laptop bag also with the same pricing. Hope I will get one.

The product is not durable within 3 months the laptop hinges broke
I am writing this review after almost 1.5 years of using the laptop.I had purchased this product in May 2023 from Amazon and this is what happened in August 2023, fortunately, the laptop was in the warranty period, so Dell team repaired it with no extra charges. However, I am facing similar issue again in September 2024. I believe, that the product's hardware quality is extremely low resulting in such damages.Battery drains very fast.You have to frequently keep updating the software/ internal programs or else they will malfunctionIn terms of other performance its good, it doesn't hang. but of you are looking for a durable laptop this is not the one to be chosen.Further up updating my review on 16 November 2024The same problem arised again and this the second time in 1.5 years that it has happened the same hinge and screen broke.Worst product

Performance as promised
Laptop really good for smooth and speedy functions. Installed applications are working well. How ever there is no indication about the period of license available for Microsoft Office etc. anywhere in the purchase details. This hidden details where one need to care at the time of buying

Good Product but not Awasome
I have ordered this product in January 2023 during Amazon Sales but after the sale price was dropped. I don't know whom to blame for this price game Amazon or seller. This Laptop is not for gaming purpose however good enough for office purpose. MS Office some times get hanged. No backlit and No ethernet port is major drawback of the product. Dell should work on it.
