Had a time trying to get it to lay flat. But it was worth it. Its a very beautiful rug.

Absolutely gorgeous, until it wasn't! This area rug was stunningly beautiful in our formal foyer, on a ceramic tile floor. But....3 years after installing, it suddenly started to buckle, despite strategically placed Gorilla grippers. I tried all the standard remedies, but to no avail. It's possible our rambunctious pit bull mix might have been a factor in this damage, but regardless of the cause, the rug definitely became a safety hazard. However, I love this specific design so much (and appreciate its quite low cost), that I've ordered the identical rug! Here's hoping for another 3 years!

I installed this carpet in my bedroom.The carpet is very colorful. Lays down with no curl edges. Easily cleaned and vacuumed. The stitching is tight,soft material. Well worth the money.

Beautiful

Lately blankets have been pawned off as rugs... this is a rug. Color is solid, rug is thick and luxurious for the price. Flattens out in about 5 days. Smells like the dye, but that also dissipates in a few days.

This is a good rug at this price point, but it's not a luxurious feel to bare feet. If you love the pattern, what you get is what you see in the photos.Pros:* 8 x 10 is a good size option, & accurate when measured.* Pattern is as shown.* Colors are accurate to my computer.* A fair price for what you get ($120. in Feb, 2022).* No bad smells, other than the new rug smell, which was mild, & lasted an hour or 2.Cons:* It's a bit thin, & hard/scratchy on the bottom, so you're gonna need a pad under it.* Black shows the dirt, so despite being a busy pattern, you gotta keep after it.* I've had it down for over 2 months, & it's still not 100% flat.I have several rugs from another Amazon seller, which were gorgeous, thick, & softer (you still need a pad for them, too.) They were double the price of this one, or more, so I figured I'd give these guys a try, at half the price.I don't hate the rug, but I don't love it either. The corners laid flat quickly, but there's a ripple about half way that isn't flattening out, which I don't love. I'm a barefoot kinda girl, & this feels like a cheaper rug to my bare feet. If you wear shoes, & don't roll around on the floor a lot, you won't notice that.Overall, if you're on a budget (add in the cost of a rug pad), this is a good option - if you like the pattern. It's not luxurious to bare feet, but it will do. If you want luxury, & a good rug to roll around with the kids on, I'd skip this one.
