After reading favorable reviews from previous purchasers about environmentally friendly Dental Lace Dental Floss, I bought this item. It is just as the reviewers described. The Mint flavor is pleasant and not overwhelming. It works as well as any other dental floss. I do find that it sometimes breaks when going between tight spaces in back of my mouth, but that is not a deal breaker. The breaking in tight spots doesn't happen often and may be due to my rushing and not being careful with flossing technique. I feel that this was a quality purchase. It is helpful in reducing my plastic impact, because I can recycle the little plastic bag the refill comes in at my Grocery store dropoff and can recycle all the other items in regular recycling.

My family and I are so glad we found this product! We were horrified to learn that there are microplastics in most dental floss. We try our best to be healthy, only to find out our dental floss is toxic! Upon learning this, I searched to find a nontoxic replacement. I was pleased to see this was all natural and from a small family-owned business in the USA. We bought the four-bottle starter pack. The bottles are lightweight, and the floss is easy to use. I have not had issues with the dental even in tight spaces between teeth; the silk works well. I'm very pleased and am now ordering refills. This is our new dental product, and we are not going back to the old toxic floss!

Yes, the floss breaks/shreds a bit more easily than regular floss but it isn’t so much more so that it ruins the project or makes it unusable by any means. I just have to be a bit gentler with it while flossing and then I have no issues with it tearing. It’s definitely worth trying to help the environment what little I can. I experienced no issues with it slipping back in the jar. I will only use this floss from now on. Great product that is totally worth not throwing dangerous plastic string into our oceans.

It works really well, and I love the minty flavor. My only gripe is that my teeth are tight so when I go to floss my back molars the floss is prone to breaking and getting stuck. Not the end of the world. Will continue to buy

I've been using silk "eco-floss" for several years now, but this was the first time I tried this brand. My teeth are fairly close together so it's a bit tight shimmying floss in between some of them, especially my molars. Having used an eco brand previously, occassionally the floss breaks and you just need to get a new strand.But this floss breaks EVERY TIME I floss my teeth, and what's worse, it like shreds apart when it breaks, so little strands of the floss get stuck in between my teeth, which require serious excavation to get out. My jaw muscles are sore and my gums are bleeding from trying to desperately to extract these tiny strands of floss from between my teeth.I'm genuinely concerned I have little chunks of this floss lodged in all my gums and will end up with an infection.I'll be composting the unused rolls I have and ordering again from the brand I was using previously (treebird).

The mint is nice, refillable container is cool but a bit hard to snag and cut. My issue is the weakness. It breaks after the first few teeth every time. I should've read reviews before buying it but not a fan

Unfortunately it snaps when you try to ease it between teeth that are tightly spaced together so I will have to use another brand. The floss is thin, easy to use and unspools smoothly.. The glass container is perfect and it's easy to break off a piece of floss. It's great that you can reuse the glass container with refills.
