Product quality is Good
It's good product. If you are searching RO in less price and more benefits then i would like to suggest to go with Aqua Ace only.

Worthless product.. need to get this repaired twice within first three month
This product is totally worthless. I had to get this repaired twice within last three month. On the second month, a part got malfunctioned due to which water stopped getting in tank and just recently membrane need to get replaced. The worst part is that this company has offshored the repair to a third party who doesn’t know how to behave with customers . When I asked them how is it possible that within three month with minimal usage , membrane malfunctioned, he asked me to talk to owner whose details are no where mentioned.Better buy any other RO and save your money

Pathetic product!
Bought this RO in December 2022, had to have it repaired twice a month. Have got it repaired 6 times till April 2023. It just stops working. The service of the company is also terrible! They won’t fix the issue, leave the complaint unattended and force customers to continue with faulty product.

a good product, but after sales service sucks
I purchased this product, worked well with the auto shut off, suddenly there were some sparks and the same is not working, tried their toll free no and also lan line both don't seem to work, how do i get to their customer care dept or get a contact to get the same checked and repaired..

Ro water purifier
I am using this water purifier from 5 to 6 month and performance is very good, still there is no issues, for the low budget this is best ro purifier.
