This is my favorite low-calorie snack. I love that it has fiber and tastes great but without too many carbs. The bags offer a perfect serving and the ghee and salt taste just like fresh butter but is easier to digest for those of us that have dairy issues.Updated 5/3/20: The quality has gone down on this and the salt level has gone up. I am usually a saltaholic. Really, I can't get enough of the stuff, but this is too salty for me now. I don't know if they just went wild with this last batch or what happened, but it was inedible. Thinking of throwing it to the deer for a salt lick its that bad. I'm only removing one star, but the whole family was really disappointed with the latest order.
