I have taken probiotics daily for a few years now. So far these are great, no side effects to report. I have a sensitive stomach and haven't had any problems while taking these

Been dealing with major dysbiosis in three different lower systems for over a year, and it has been a very long and debilitating road as it has been resistant to treatment. Finally gave up and started doing alternative methods and working with my intuition. Taking very high quality probiotics and different types that work for each system has made the most improvement. So, I take very high quantities of these as well and take more than what is usually recommended. My tolerance is higher so I don't really have much discomfort unless there are other additives. I actually feel some improvement while taking these, and I'm not having any negative side effects whatsoever. If you are dealing with dysbiosis, I highly recommend you remove all sugar (if it won't negatively affect your health) because sugar is the same as gasoline to a fire if you have these issues and it just feeds the bacteria so they have bigger parties. I appreciate the smaller bottle as well since I've seen some companies only have about 1/4 of a bottle filled. No complaints.

I've taken various brands/types of probiotics over the years, and this one seems like one of the better kinds I've tried. I experienced no negative side-effects, and it seemed comparable in effectiveness to the brand I take regularly. I do like the ingredients, but I'm not as much a fan of the price—it's pretty expensive for a 1-month supply, though I've definitely seen worse (and it's currently on sale for a more sustainable $30 + $5/off coupon; list price is $40).I don't think this one won me over from my current brand (which is a spore variety), but I will keep it on my shortlist for replacements when I run into out-of-stock issues with my regular probiotic. I experienced no uncomfortable "transition" (gas, discomfort, etc.) to these, like I have with other brands, so it would be something I could use and drop pretty seamlessly. Five stars if you can afford it, four stars for those with tighter budgets.

I am hoping these will help me with my stomach issues I’ve had since having my gallbladder removed years ago. From what I can tell, this is a very great brand and these probiotic pills are highly regarded so I am feeling good about it! Despite the size of these (comparison of the pill - it is on the cap of the bottle) they are easy to swallow. No weird smells or tastes. The instructions say to take 1 or 2 daily, they come with 30 pills, so it may be a little pricey if you take more than one a day, but quality over quantity!

This appears to be a well researched probiotic. I like the fact that it is delayed release, as many probiotics are destroyed in the stomach before they reach the colon. I also like that it contains Saccharomyces Boulardii, a beneficial yeast that reduces inflammation in the gut. I have taken this product for a few days and do notice a subtle improvement in gut health. Since it contains Saccharomyces Boulardii, which is proven to reduce diarrhea, this supplement might be a great addition to your travel bag. The fact that it does not require refrigeration gives the product a lot of versatility.
