This is the loveliest lip balm. I have always used Burt's Bees, which I love, but I have always felt so guilty throwing away the plastic tube. No worries about that with this product!At first, I found the large diameter of the balm (at least twice as big as Burt's Bees) to be awkward. But after using it a bit, I love it!This product is the BEST!

Flavor: Lemongrass & CloveTechnically, I shouldn't like this lip balm, since there are a number of things about it that I don't normally like. However, they somehow all work in this product, and it's quickly become my favorite.First, I should mention that I have severely dry lips (the type found with Fibromyalgia, Sjogren's, and other dryness conditions) and sensitive, rash-prone skin. Most lip balms are too hard for me, and they tear at my lips and/or irritate the skin around them. In contrast, this one is nice and soft. It does have little bits of harder material in it, which I normally despise in balms. In this case, though, those little bits provide a great exfoliating/scrub effect before melting together and moisturizing the freshly-scrubbed lips. The result is perfect.The balm has a strong flavor/scent combination, which is something else that I don't normally like. Again, this product is the exception to that rule. I absolutely love the lemon/citrus flavor, and the scent is soothing and pleasant.Finally, when my lips are particularly dry, this product stings/burns when I apply it. That is something I DEFINITELY don't like in general, but in this case...you guessed it. I love the way it feels. It's like it's knitting the lips back together, healing and protecting them and leaving them tingling in a lovely manner.Ultimately, I recommend that you try this lip balm, even if you see phrases in the reviews that you normally don't like. Maybe it will prove to be as big an exception for you as it's been for me. Personally, I just bought a pack of five tubes so I can keep one in every part of the house. That's how much I like it.

I overall like this I just have two things that keep me from loving it. I wish there was an option for a larger size, and Secondly I think the formula would be perfect if there was more Shea and less coconut oil. The coconut oil just does not give me the same moisturizing feel as Shea and if anything can make my lips a bit more crusty rather than soft. I would've definitely been set on repurchasing if it was just an inch taller and had more Shea than coconut oil. Otherwise the scent is pleasant the packaging is efficient and sustainable. I appreciate it being cruelty free and vegan and being all natural.

Fun little chapstick.

I loved this lip balm when I first received it. However, about a week later, after using it 2-3 times per day, its texture changed. It developed gritty granules that come off on your lips. The granules smooth out in a few seconds, but they are strange. The tube has been in the house and has not been subjected to a temperature change so not sure why this happened.

I have extremely sensitive lips, and this lip balm works great. It keeps my lips moisturized for a long period of time. The application is easy. You just push up from the bottom of the tube to increase the length of the lip balm. There is no taste and smell is pleasing and mild. The quality is excellent. I really like the natural ingredients. My only complaint would be that the cardboard of the applicatorbegins to fray a bit and makes the lid somewhat difficult to put on. I do love that the applicator is paper instead of plastic. It is a really nice size as well.

I waited a bit to give a review. I am an all-day user of lip balm and have tried all brands over the years. This one is really rough on the lips no matter the time of year. Winter is a no go for me...hard as a rock and has bits and pieces of shea butter or wax and it hurts.

I’ve tried so many lip balms from the pharmacy, and they all end up making my lips peel. But this natural lip balm is a game-changer! It keeps my lips soft, smooth, and hydrated without any irritation. I’m never going back to the other brands!
