Once assembled cut off the pineapple's crown, turn pineapple upright, and align the corer with the core of the pineapple. Once centered, rotate the handle of the slicer in a clockwise, corkscrew motion and turn with a tad of downward pressure, until the pineapple is fully cored. Once complete, gently pull up on the handle of the Shavicore Pineapple Corer and hold at an angle, while ready to transfer on to your prepared platter. RELEASING PINEAPPLE INSTRUCTIONS: Once the pineapple has been fully cored and removed from the shell. Unlock the handle by pressing on the two button-stops and pulling up on the handle.
