I love this thing. It is very sturdy and the bungie cord holes make it extremely versatile. Beats a traditional bench as you can use it as a step box and a weights bench. Has all you need in terms of adjustment. Yes it is not a soft surface when you lie on it, but use a towel, comfort sorted! I heartily recommend.

Después de trabajar con cajones de pliometría para realizar entrenamientos a domicilio, decidí comprar dos esteps para ampliar las posibilidades de los ejercicios y estoy muy contento con su funcionalidad.
