If you're bed ridden and you are on your back all the time, do what I do. Mark "X" on the waterproof outside which is the back with the sticky tabs, open them up and cut off the wings from the front & back. To position them... lean to the left or right and pull them up front to back and sit on them. (No need to do them up, you're just laying on them.) Pull up on both front edges left and right where the elastic is and do your pee buisness. Been doing this for the last 5 months, Jan - June 2025. It works great! PCM

PERFECT FIT

These are not sized like traditional (step in) sanitary undergarments. We purchased these for my dad and he wears a large in the traditional sanitary undergarments where you step into them like underpants. These are just like baby diapers where they open fully and have tabs in the front to keep them closed. They are easier to use on bed-bound persons. We had to size up for this style vs. traditional style. Dad wears a large in traditional and XL in these. Other than the size difference, these are a good product. Holds urine without leakage. Easy to use.

Very absorbent, I use them for an extremely heavy menstruation. Just wish the sticky tabs were more durable, after undoing the tabs to use the restroom, they do not re stick very well.

The adult underwear does not leak. Comfort for overnight wear and the tabs stay put! Excellent quality!

We bought this for home use after an out-patient procedure, and we are not the target market.Do not buy unless you are a trained professional, as their instructions on how to use are poor, and the design is not obvious. Additionally, they have specific sizing instructions, WHICH ARE NOT IN THE AMAZON LISTING!!!Ended up tossing and driving to CVS. :-(

I mean they do the deed, but the absorption is not what I thought it would be for the brand and the price. I mean might as well buy the Walmart brand and the y do about the same, and those are a lot cheaper!!
