Replaced worn out gate lock in 10 min
Very easy to install and worked on first attempt. Instructions are not too clear but common sense you can put it on easily. Old latch froze up, this one works great

Purchased these to replace the standard gate latch on new fencing around a pool.PROSSturdy. Relatively easy to install. Puts latches out of reach of children. Lockable.CONAfter recent rainy weather that turned to below freezing temperatures, went out to do some maintenance around the pool. Could not get either latch open as they were frozen in the locked position. We're not talking 'cased in ice' here; just water that had gotten inside, no visible ice outside.
