I love the option of purchasing from Amazon. This is my favorite omega brand. No aftertaste or trouble swallowing if you drink enough water.

I have been using Puritan's Pride products for many, many years. Once in awhile I decide to try something else, but I always return to Puritan. I don't know why I even try other products as I feel they do not compare to the quality of Puritan's Pride. I don't have a lot of fish in my diet and feel this is a good way to get my Omega-3. It is good for so many reasons and if you want to keep yourself healthy, you may want to take for yourself. if you have not taken in the past, you may get fishy burps. I don't burp much anymore because I take it daily, but sometimes it does. It is not an issue for me.

Heard some negative things about fish oil, but these are great. I have set up a subscription so I don't run out.

I like that this was so easy to swallow even tho it was large. The gel tablet went down so easy. Yes I would recommend it.
