One star for product, five stars for customer service from seller
As a review for the product, the batch of film canisters I ordered on 11/14/2017 were the worst film canisters I ever purchased. Luckily, the seller is an honest seller who stands by their product guarantee and five stars to them on the seller ratings. The detailed story:The price for the canisters was excellent and the reviews for this product were favorable so I decided to purchase this item to replace the well-used year old canister set I previously used in class. The canisters arrived quickly and I was pleased to see the canisters packaged in smaller packages of ten inside of the main package. I inspected the canisters and put a little water in the canister before replacing the cap and the water was held with no leaks so everything looked good. The next day, my students started working with these canisters and that's when the issues started. My students tried again and again to get their film canister rockets to launch with no success. We used Alka-Seltzer and water for the experiment and noticed that the lid was not secure enough in order to allow sufficient pressure to build up in the canister before popping. When an Alka-Seltzer tablet was dropped in, the seal failed (not in the good way) and started a chronic slow leak that effectively defused the rocket. My ever optimistic students went through forty canisters before calling it a day. I ordered new canisters from a different seller and selected one-day shipping to get the item in so we could try the experiment again.During the activity, a few of the defective canisters were thrown away by some of my disappointed students so I contacted the seller and let the seller know about our issue with the canisters along with the fact some were thrown away. I received a reply on the same day stating I did not needed to return the rest of canister and was asked to provide some video for the seller's team to evaluate the leak. My school is currently on break and the rest of the canisters were in my classroom. I planned to respond after I obtained video of the chronic canister leak but the next day, I was refunded the full amount of the item.Overall, I wished my canisters worked so I didn't need to go through the whole trouble of express ordering more from a different seller and then contacting the seller for this item. Hopefully the order I received was simply from a defective batch but as a product review, I am obligated to share my experience about the product alone.

I bought these to use as film canister rockets for ...
I bought these to use as film canister rockets for my 5th grade science class. I tested them today for my lab tomorrow and they are cheap and do not work well at all. The lids do not seal well and they pop off before any pressure builds up. Now I'm in a jam because I have nothing to replace them :(
