Got this for our little 3 and a half year old family member and she just absolutely loves it! Got it for a great deal and it's tough, perfect for her size and looks so real!

I returned the one I bought for my granddaughter for Christmas.1. when I went to close it, it had to be forced over plastic to close.2. once closed it would stayed closed. So I returned and reordered hoping it was just a defect.

The latch didn't work so you couldn't keep it closed.

My 6yr old wanted this for so long. We finally got it as a reward and she was underwhelmed. The suitcase arm doesn’t extend very far. She is too tall to really pull it. I cannot imagine any kid over the age of 4 being able to walk upright and pull it. The phone has less features than expected. And the interior has large plastic filler that doesn’t let a kid put in much of their own. Not worth the money overall.
