High Potency Boron
Boron is great for bones and aches and pains. We take one capsule every other day because this brand is so potent. This brand works well for pain issues, but be aware that it contains calcium as a binder. Boron can cause constipation on its own, but added calcium makes it worse. Also, be aware that boron will also quickly deplete your body of riboflavin, so I always take a riboflavin capsule-together with the boron capsule. It is best absorbed on an empty stomach, and the added calcium may help indigestion, if you suffer from that. With that said, this is a good quality, high potency brand of boron, which has helped my spouse with arthritis, while helping me with back pain. We deal with the constipation side effect by drinking extra water. If you take boron the correct way, it can really benefit your health. Taken the wrong way, you may have some nasty side effects.

Take This To Detox Fluoride From Your Body
I just finished the bottle and I'm switching to this brand from now on. I've been taking boron supplements for a year now to detox fluoride from my body and to break down the calcification of my pineal gland. I like to take 15-20 mg of boron a day and I could only find 2 mg capsules that were high quality and had no fillers. I was happy to find this which are 6 mg capsules instead and am curious that it's plant sourced whereas others are apparently not which I was not aware of. Just a fair warning you may have a bad headache for 2-3 days if you are taking a boron supplement for the first time because it is going to start detoxing your pineal gland (which is located in your head). I experienced that but it was nothing too terrible and it passed after a couple days so I do recommend starting low with the dosage.Edit (March 2019): I forgot to mention that if you are taking high doses of Boron continuously it can make you deficient in Riboflavin. So you will want to take an additional supplement of Riboflavin while taking Boron. I recommend Naturelo B-Complex.
