Good chair poor delivery.
Chair is good but delivery will keep me from ordering again. Had to drive pick up truck a half mile from home to where delivery truck could drop off and get help getting it in the house.

Great customer service.
This company went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our chair. This chair is very firm, need a pillow to sit on to make it comfortable for a larger person or someone with neurapothy caused by type 2 diabetes.

Chair only works for a week or so then dies.
Bought this chair for my grandfather who needs it to sleep and is 87. It stopped working after a week and a half and he hasn’t slept for 3 days as a result. This company hasn’t even contacted me yet even though I setup a claim.

chair is great, substantial and has lots of positions available
chair is great, substantial and has lots of positions available. The delivery company was fine until delivery and then the driver was terrible. We were told a great driver was bringing it but then chair got stuck in Chicago and was delayed. That happens, no big deal. We then had a different delivery person who was unwilling to help get the chair to my porch. Because of the delay my 83 year old father was there to take chair, expecting help we were told would happen. I was in the hospital, which is why we needed the chair. The delivery person was totally unsympathetic and mean, arguing loudly with my father, which I heard while on the cell phone with my Dad. Had we had a choice, never would have allowed her on the property. Hope delivery co. does a better job hiring Human Beings.
