Is this a fast charge usb cable?

No. The cable itself isnt the the thing that makes it fast charge. Its the plug peice ( also called a brick) that makes it fast charge. I bought that separately for cheap on amazon. Its the thing you plug into outlet and then you plug the cable/wire into that. These wires are great though.

Will it work with note 9 plus?

I have a 10 plus and it works for that; pretty sure they started putting the USB-C port in the 8s so, yes, I believe this should work. It's the lozenge-shaped connector, not the one with one flat side, like the old Samsung chargers. They're great, by the way.

Does this work for Galaxy s22?

I have a Note 20 5G and I believe s22 uses the same ports so I believe the answer would be yes.

Will this work with Moto 7 Power?

It will work as long as the connecting end of the device you're charging is a C type plug.
