My daughter, the recipient of this hair product, has used it as a hair treatment. Before shampooing, she massages this really well into her hair, leaving it on for about half hour to 45 minutes, wrapped up in a hair towel. This way, it gives it time to really absorb into the hair shaft. Then showers, shampooing with a mild cleansing shampoo. When her hair dries, it looks shiny, feels silky and soft! Her hair is dark, so the shininess really is obvious! She is pleased with the product! But she tells me she has to shampoo more than once, to remove the oily residue. This is the only negative comment she has in regards to this hair oil.I find it to be a tad bit pricey, especially with the fact, that with my daughter using it on her thick long hair, it may not last long. I've advised her to only use it once a week, she doesn't agree since, she likes how shiny her hair appears after a treatment with it. So, I'm going to wait to see how long it lasts. But being honest, I would like to get it for her again!

Having long wavy/curly dry hair, I tend to use a lot of different oils to help control frizz and add shine. This oil made my hair actually feel too oily, which is not normal for my hair, as it can usually absorb the oils I've tried on it. I also had to shampoo twice to get the greasy feeling out and that's unheard of for me. I could deal with that if it had made any noticeable improvement in frizz or shine, but it doesn't seem to perform any better than less expensive options.

This hair oil is wonderfully thick and smells amazing, delivering excellent nourishment to my hair and scalp. Due to its richness, it’s easy to overdo as a leave-in treatment, but just a small amount works perfectly—a little truly goes a long way. It feels fantastic on my scalp, especially since I struggle with dryness and sensitivity. This product has been very effective in conditioning my scalp prior to washing my hair.I also appreciate the thoughtful design of the bottle, which features a dropper. This makes it simple to apply the oil directly to my scalp and evenly distribute it on parted hair.Overall, this hair oil is a versatile and nourishing product that I’d recommend, especially for dry or sensitive scalps.

This scalp and or hair oil is best used as a treatment that you wash out instead of a leave-in hair oil because it is quite oily. It left my hair too oily when I used it as a leave-in oil. I put it on my scalp and my hair and left it in for a couple hours and then washed my hair three times. My hair turned out very shiny, healthy looking and it has a lot of body.

This is a great hair oil. Smells good. It doesn't leav your hair overly oily but has a good amount of moisture. Definitely a good one

First, the positives: this hair oil has no odor, which I really appreciate. Other hair oils that I have used all are scented and some not so nice, so having no scent on this oil is a huge plus. The oil is very hydrating. The oil is thick and so it's easy to apply b/c it doesn't run off the fingers as well. Which also follows that you can use less. As for the negatives...the oil being thick is also a negative in that for those with fine hair it can be difficult to get the correct amount. For me this is an oil that will be used before a hair wash as it leaves the hair too oily looking (I have very fine hair).

This is a high quality hair oil. It's pretty much everything you could want. The ingredients are only 5 different oils- and no mineral oil. No additives, parabens, phthalates, etc. It is vegan and cruelty free. The oil is fairly lightweight and completely fragrance free. The price is high, but it is a high end product.I can definitely tell a difference in my hair when I use this oil. It is softer, shinier, less frizzy, and looks healthier. I have very long, thick, coarse hair. So I need much more of any product than many people. I don't think I would be able to afford to buy this regularly, but it's a very nice treat.
