Run Run Run
A great introduction for me to the world of barefoot running and minimalistic footwear. It's good to know this is something I can work on. After reading Born to Run I needed a more practical books, as in, what do I do now? And this is that book. Very clear, with pics, etc.

Extremely Informative
This book is a highly informational guide to anyone interested in barefooting, running in minimalist shoes, or just working on your strength and form to prevent injury. It's extremely well-written and informative and gives training schedules, exercises, and advice for both barefooting and a little bit for ultrarunning. He is very open to other opinions and doesn't just preach the whole time, acknowledging the many different ideas of the various barefooting and minimalist running groups.

A must read for those considering minimalist or barefoot running
I began running in minimalist footwear several years ago after reading the inspiring Born to Run. This book does a great job of giving pragmatic advice, exercises and an unbiased point of view. If you're thinking about going barefoot - ease into it. But read this book!

Great book
It's a great book. The author is very open with referencing other sources. He also seems rather indifferent to the various schools of thought but rather describes what he considers the main foundations of running barefoot. His exercises are really helpful.

Great info and videos
Helped me understand where I need to go from here in my minimalist running. It also helped me understand some things around technique that I hadn't gotten yet.

Good book
There is a lot of good info in this book. Not totally pushing hard core barefoot running and really trying to help new barefoot runners.
