Received this device as a gift. It is excellent quality and works extremely well for joint pain. It has an immediate effect and very noticeable relief for my wife’s arthritic hands in particular, reducing the pain and swelling.

I tried it and it worked for pain right away, and my knee injury that I have been struggling with for 6 months has finally started to. I also used it on my dog for a shoulder injury and she is now back to her happ self

I ordered this sometime in the summer - I’m no longer able to see the order date. It worked great and I was highly impressed. I used it on my dog and saw improvement immediately.I ordered a second unit to give as a gift. The second unit did not work properly so I returned it. It was an easy return. No issues.Fast forward 4 months or so, the infrared light stopped working consistently, then all together on the one I already had. I’m very disappointed.I don’t have a way to contact the seller. Hopefully, they will see this review and contact me and offer a replacement.Update: 10/21/23The Seller saw my review and reached out. This device is easy to use. It comes with step by step instructions for how to turn it on and use. The booklet also goes through various locations of the body to use the device to help with particular issues. You can select the time ( 10 minutes vs 15 minutes) and choose between 4 power modes. It emits a warm heat- doesn’t get very hot. The light is pretty bright- definitely don’t look at it.The main downside is that you have to maneuver the device or either hold it in place for the 10-15 minute duration.I was kind of skeptical of use when I first tried it, but after several minutes I did notice some new muscle spasms and what felt like muscle release. Seems to work well.
