I used to love this product and was really sad when they discontinued it. I had to start using the salon type wax, and it’s more difficult and messier. So I was excited when this made a return. But unfortunately, the refills a lot are a lot more expensive now. $13 versus eight dollars. And if you buy their bulk refill bottles that are much cheaper, they are too big to fit in the machine. I don’t even know why they bother selling them. I tried using the two tall ones, and it got cool quickly and was painful to use.So, it’s a great idea, but the execution isn’t quite there so I wouldn’t waste your money.

Love my personal facial hair remover, easy to use you just install the container of wax turn on the machine it melts uor wax so fast. Y good price

If you are a regular waxer, this is a good product to have on hand for those times you can't get to the salon. It's pretty easy to use and the quality of the wax is decent. The downside is, no matter how careful you are, some product seeps out and the container gets really sticky. The roller also seems to get a bit clogged and doesn't roll well when you are about half way through the product. And it's not a matter of the tempature, even when the wax is hot and a consistency that makes it easy to spread, the roller doesn't work as well as when the product is new/full. Overall, I would buy again.

Not simple to use but works with my unit that plugs in; uses it for personal health

It’s a great product and I love GiGi brand wax as that’s all I’ve ever used. I think it’s a bit high priced. I was able to get both armpits and my legs from knee down done with the bottle that came with it. I just don’t like the fact that once your about half way through the bottle of wax it cooled down a lot and I had to reheat it and it cools faster then when it’s full so I had to reheat multiple times. Maybe that’s normal? I don’t know as this was my first time purchasing/using a roller wax.

This product didn’t really work well for me at all. The wax never got hot enough for me to fully experience a good wax. I used this on my armpits and It didn’t roll on well at all. For the legs it isn’t so bad.
