Non OEM Washer Door Lock Assembly 131763202SAP Replaces Frigidaire 131763202

I received a switch a week ago. After I installed it and checked a cycle , it made a loud buzzing noise. I ordered another one and received it yesterday, after the installation and cycle start it began buzzing again. After investigating the problem I took it apart and reversed the plug on the bottom solenoid. It is the only one that can be turned either way. Reassemble the washer and ran a cycle. BAM. Quite. If it keeps working you won't hear from me again. Ok, it was quiet for one cycle. I have 2 of them to return. Ordered a genuine OEM part. I will keep you posted. PROBLEM WAS NOT THE SWITCH> after the second switch was delivered , it also buzzed. after talking with the supplier , he advised I look for another problem. HE WAS CORRECT. the switch was not faulty. It was something in the board. Great help and easy return.

Waited to post on this product. At first run it smelled burnt and had me worried when I would wash clothes. The smell has since subsided and it works great. This is a great inexpensive replacement.

Perfect. Needed it to fix washer in my special needs class. Quick shipment brand new works perfect.

Mixed feelings here. I replaced the lock assembly with this one and it works fine. My complaint is that this thing buzzes terribly at various times during several cycles. I just hate to put out the money for a new OEM version that won't buzz while this one is actually working. Anyway, you get what you pay for.

Works. Followed troubleshooting steps in manual found in washer, door switch was not switching power to pump and water valves. No 120 VAC to water valves with door shut = bad door switch. 2 screws & 2 minutes to R&R door lock assembly. Appears identical to OEM part except no markings cast in shell of assembly.

After extensive testing and retesting of the old switch it was found to be bad! It was an intermittent problem and took special testing to find the problem with out buying an unnecessary Main board, which is what the normal testing pointed to! New switch works great though.

I have two of these Frigidaire washers and when they stop doing a high speed rinse, I know it is the solenoid in the door lock. It's an easy fix in less than five minutes and this part worked perfectly. Delivery was quick, price very fair.

Got a lemon I guess. It makes a super-annoying buzzing sound during certain phases of the wash cycle on my Frigidaire Affinity. This is about the 4th time in 10 years that the door latch module has failed. I will get a different one next time.

My kid had my washing machine lock to broke since he played starting and pausing the cycle....the lock basicaly overheated... I went at a repair shop, they proposed to sell me the part but wouldnt take it back if it didnt worked or they would of send a mans over to check and do the job but then couldnt guaranty to fix the problem...so basically paying for a part or a mans job that arent guarantied to fix the issue....anyways....i ordered this instead and followed a youtube video on how to replace the part...it was quick and easy and now the washing machine is fixed for cheaper!!

Exactly the piece I needed to fix my washer! Such a good price compared to calling someone to fix everthing for me! Was really easy to understand ! I love it! I’m buying this one again if ever it’s needed again in a couple of years!

If your Frigidaire stops on the final spin cycle its probably the locking sensor in this assembly. Seemed like an odd reason to not spin but it worked for me. Wish it wasn't so expensive tho.

Just received the product, installed(easy installation) and working great, shipping was quick and on time as usual with amazon. will update later if ay issues with the part , but so far so goodOct 10/18 being using this part and still working great, no issues
