I've tried so many turmeric supplements and have been consistently let down. I actually felt the difference on day 2 of taking this supplement. It hard to describe but having done my research it undoubtedly is the discernible anti-inflammatory effects. Do your research as a turmeric supplement like this can benefit just about everyone in some way whether it's digestion, detoxification, mobility and so much more. A worthwhile investment I'll continue making.

I bought this for my husband. He's 51 and has done labor jobs his whole working career. It has taken it's toll on all of this joints. I was already confident with the benefits of turmeric. As soon as he started taking this product (within a couple of days) he said he felt a definite improvement to his aches and stiffness. It hasn't been the cure all, and we know that no supplement will "cure" the damage from years of stress of wear and tear of labor jobs. It has eased his daily discomfort and stiffness a lot.

Maybe it's too soon (10 days), but my knees don't hurt or feel like they might give out. I have little or no cartilage in my knees because of arthritis, and one or the other is usually giving me problems requiring a knee brace when I exercise or dance. Even when it isn't bad, I always know the pain is in there.....but I don't feel anything now. My veterinarian prescribed a new supplement containing egg albumen for my dog who suffers from arthritis in his hips. So I researched to see if there was such a thing for humans: there is; it's this product; it works.

I love this product.. I wake up with more energy, and just feel more centered.. I take this product with Liposmal vitamin .. remember you have to be consist and take this everyday... you’ll feel a difference by day 5-7

I've been using this product for a few months, and it has helped restore strength and mobility to my knees. It has reduced pain almost entirely.It does take time and persistence to realize maximum benefits.Overall, I'm very pleased with this supplement.
