Didn't work for me, but something amazing happened. The company itself -above and beyond.
I was not fair in my original review. I noted that the bandages do not work for me, and that's true. But it isn't a good thing to give a company a bad review for a product that itself is made well. YES, it does not work for me, but my foot structure is the real reason. The company read my original review, and refunded my money without hesitation, and without my asking! .I actually wasn't seeking reimbursement, AGAIN, didn't ask for it. Afterall, the product itself was good, just not for me. When I get shoddy products, I do return them, but if the product itself is not the issue, I normally just donate them to Goodwill, and hope they find a good home. So, I am revising my review on this: The company cares about us, the consumer. They want us to be successful..and if things don't work out, they want to fix the problem. The banadages themselves are EXACTLY what they say they are, a reinforced elastic bandage stitched together into a sleeve that fits over your arch. If you don't have my structural problems with your foot, they probably would work for you. Here is my original reviewI thought that these bandages would replace athletic tape prior to running, but they don't work for me. That doesn't mean that they may not work for you. My issue may not be yours. What I feel is pain on the bottom of my arch on long stride foot strikes. My Podiatrist told me I have a high instep, and very high arch. He taught me to tape the bottom of my foot, up the side halfway, sort of a "U" shape with the bottom of the foot being the center/bottom of the "U" and placing them side by side from heel to ball. I apply one tape over the ends of the "U" channel around the heel - a "C" channel to keep the ends from peeling. The upper part of my foot has no tape on it and this works for me. The discomfort I felt was the pressure on the TOP of the foot -and this is probably due to my high instep, and the top of the foot and compression up against my shoe. If your foot is different than mine - with a normal instep, this may work for you. If you have a high instep and arch...you may want to try the tape.

Wish I had found these sooner!
I read all of the comments about these being stiff, and I will say that right out of the package they felt a little like cardboard, but I wanted something sturdy that would help support my arches, and these do! They are not uncomfortable - actually just the opposite. I can wear them all day at work and never think about having them on. When I don't wear them, I find myself wishing I was. They are tight and supportive, but do not dig into my skin or cut off circulation. I can put them closer to the ankle for support further back, or closer to my toes for compression toward the front of my arch. They don't slip and slide around - they stay in place exactly where I put them. I have suffered from recurring acute plantar fasciitis for nearly 2 years now. Thanks to these bands I can wear cute shoes this summer and I don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on sandals that look like my grandma's orthotics. I can even walk barefoot around the house again (with these on). I have not washed them yet, but for $10 I will gladly buy more if they fall apart. The manufacturer says to not sleep in them, and I did not listen my first night. Let me tell you they are NOT for sleeping! I woke up halfway through the night extremely uncomfortable and had to remove them. But for daily wear, they are great! Not everything works for everyone since all of our feet are so different, and I have tried MANY of the products out there, but these worked really well for me and I recommend them based on my experience. For only $10, it's probably going to be the cheapest "try and see" you'll find for arch problems!

Excellent, I like the color and they seem to be healing my plantar fibromas
These are excellent - not sure about for big or wide feet though. I like that they're flesh colored and not so ugly to wear with sandals or dress shoes. I have had really bad plantar fasciitis for maybe 7 or 8 years, and in the last year fibromas have started developing on both my feet. Podiatrists have been no help, and orthotics and all. I found out about these kind of braces and used the Foots Love ones for a few months; at first they were good but they stretched out pretty quickly and kept sliding down my feet. These were really tight at first, a little uncomfortable, and my feet are 7 to 7 1/2 and slightly narrow. But now they feel great, today I was on my feet all day and they hurt as usual, but when I took off the braces the fibromas feel significantly smaller. I'm hoping the braces won't stretch out much more, they're perfect right now - but I have also bought some velcro adjustable braces just in case.

They arch Bandages are well made and very comfortable. The main problem for me
They arch Bandages are well made and very comfortable. The main problem for me, is that the elastic is real stiff and hard to pull over my foot. I don't have the strength to bend over and pull them over my toes. Once my husband got them on, they really were supportive for my falling aches. If you are strong, you will really like them. Not everyone, who needs these, will have arthritis and unable to bend over to stretch them over their foot and pull them over the toes. I think I need something that opens and then close after they are around the arch.

Seem to help, but a little too tight.....
Let me start by saying that I agree with another reviewer that they are ridged. I am 5'4" and weigh approx. 125. I wear a size 6.5 shoe. They are tight on me, I am hoping that in time they will stretch out a little as they feel a little too snug on me. Oh I forgot to add that my feet are a little on the wider side. I hope that this helps others deciding to purchase or not..... I am keeping them and have worn them twice and they seemed to help my foot pain.

They work for me...
It's an elastic sleeve, so it's not adjustable. They're stiff, but not uncomfortable. I like the stiffness, bc I feel they're doing their job. I've been wearing them for 3 days now and my arches feel better. I will say if you have chubby or round feet, these may be too tight for you. I have wide feet and they squish a little, but not too badly. Be realistic and look at the product. If you have fat feet, you will be better off getting a wrap that is adjustable. This one is not.
