I was really impressed with this product. Really cleanse dentures well in just a few minutes. I had problems with infections with my dentures . I have had no mouth infections.

Whatever you do, do not waste your time and money on this product and seller! Both AWFUL! The ultrasonic cleaner only lasted 7 months before faults started appearing. Firstly, once the cleaner had finished, it started turning itself on again time after time. Next, it just stopped auto turning off altogether. One morning I came back to get my retainers from the cleaner and it had been going for such a long time that the water had heated up to the point of steaming and the machine smelt of smoke! My retainers warped and could no longer be used as they cannot go in hot water. The safety feature of turning off once the lid is opened also stopped working and it continued to send ultrasonic rays into the room. After this miriade of problems/faults, I contacted the seller as the listing claims to have a 1 year warranty, receiving absolutely no response. I contacted Amazon who send a warranty refund request to the seller on my behalf and they refused it time after time, totally ignoring the fact that they say they have a warranty. This went on for about 2 weeks, sending several requests through Amazon customer service and sending messages to their team, all of which were either totally ignored or declined. Eventually, Amazon said I could claim my money back through their A-Z guarantee. Closing point - both the seller and the ultrasonic cleaner are absolutely useless and the supposed 1 year warranty does not even exist. My advice... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I thought this was a great little thing, even though using it with the cable is annoying, but I realised it was overpriced, and now it also stopped working, only after five months. Very disappointed 😔

I received the pod yesterday and have used it to clean my denture and gum shield. It saves a lot of messing brushing both, sterilizing them with tablets and rinsing, and it’s good to know that they are cleaned properly. The only quibble I have at the moment and its early days is that my gum shield doesn’t look as clean and shiny as those on videos, photos etc. It’s not that old and although slightly yellowing not too bad to begin with and I thought that it would look way cleaner than it does, but I’ve only cleaned it twice so far so it may improve. Overall I’m happy with this purchase so far.

It has stopped working

The unit has to be filled and emptied with water for use... but water got inside the mechanism and caused serious defects and malfunction. I wouldn't recommend this product

Incompatible with UK plug sockets so no idea if it works or how good it might be.
