STARSCOPE Monocular G3 Phone Mount - Dual Spring-Loaded Telescope Adapter

My dad really likes to use this to attach his phone so he can take pictures.

This product is non functional. The phone holder does not work to hold securely to lens. Therefore taking a picture is impossible! Unfortunately I feel like I was scammed.

I bought this to hold a monocular scope for the 2024 eclipse, and it was useless for this, too top-heavy. Also, the image of the sun was very small and couldn't focus and could only produce an extremely poor image. I did use the mount for holding eclipse glasses, since that worked better, though still didn't produce a good image with the phone since the filter couldn't be perfectly flat.

Good ideal but does not work with the IPhone 3 lens. Should have returned

1. The mount is for a telephoto lens you can attach to your phone.2 The mount itself does not hold the lens in position that we'll. Perhaps it would work better if you added rubber bands to help hol the mount steady.3. I did not consider the photographs produced using these products to be satisfactory.

Looks good and sturdy..

Adequately holds your phone (adjustable to a point) to be able to use the monocular. Honesty, I had to buy a cheap phone that works, because my IPhone has an otter box protector that I refused to take off, just for this purpose. It’s still tricky to use.
