A life saver for my PCOS
I did an experiment with these. I suffer from PCOS and started taking these with varied results before I added primrose oil into the mix and my periods were regular and manageable. I then stopped taking these (wanted to check if it was these or the primrose oil that were helping) and after 2 months my non-stop periods that I suffered with due to my PCOS came back straight away. I picked up another bottle of these and after taking them for a week my non-stop periods ended and I've been back to a normal routine again. These are a miracle for my PCOS and stopped the miserable time I was having with endless heavy periods. I'm not sure if the primose oil is also a factor in this but I know for a fact these are definitely helping, these are now a permanent fixture in my life.

Waited to write a review, used now for 3 months , results are incredible, I bought this because I'm so prone to urine infections and thrush, I have not once suffered with anything.I feel amazing and comfortable

Effective for support during the menopause
Really good product to help with changes during the menopause. Definitely wouldn’t be without it now

Good product
Was very effective on my issues but had constant stomach pain that just didn't stop until stopped taking them. Am now trying their dmannose and cranberry which isn't causing the pains and seems to be helping. Never had probiotics before and unfortunately they don't agree with me.

Fully recommend
I have PCOS and since taking these it has regulated my period. Since being 12 my periods have been few and far between but with these I have now for the last 3 months been on a monthly cycle. I didn’t purchase them for this but it’s been a great unexpected result from them.

Not the best, not the worst
Been using this from the 14th to the 26th. The pills are on the large size, but easy enough to swallow. I found they weren't as effective as I'd have liked, as they ended up making me severely bloated. I tried taking them both on their own and with food, but it didn't seem to really benefit me at all. On the whole, I can't say if they were too effective as I haven't really noticed any change, if at all other than the bloating. So instead, I've gone back to Wellguard Vitaflora, as I know those tablets are incredible, even if they are a little expensive. So if you find these do nothing for you, try the Vitaflora!

I don't usually do reviews, but I feel this deserves one.After months of going backwards and forwards to the doctors trying to sort out my feminine itch and soreness which was getting me really down. Just one week into these supplements it has gone completely.
