This was great for the price. I built my own barn door, purchased the hardware but it came with a guide that would not work for my door. This one did the trick. I've had it installed for a month, it slides smoothly and no marks on my door from the wheel...and the price was right. The only issue I had with it is the bold under the metal bar is difficult to get to unless you mount it a little higher up on your baseboard...and once I did that, I had to cut the bottom of my door off but not a huge deal...took an extra 15 minutes to complete. I recommend it!

Good, solid barn door roller however I am not a fan of the fact that the base does not sit flush to the floor. I already had the door installed and since the roller doesn't sit flush to the floor it scrapes against the bottom of the door. I was going to return it but since the return shipping price was 1/2 the cost of the item I decided to keep it and use it for another project.

The mounts are really nice. I use it on a screen door on an out building. The only thing I don't like is it jumps off the rail. This may be because the screen door is to light weight. A heavier door probably will not have this problem.

Pricey and bulky for what you pay for. 20 min. in the hardware store and you could come with something else cheaper and better. good for someone with only a screwdriver and no skills or imagination.

5 stars for being well built. 1 star for design. Not having a roller on both sides of the door causes the door to rub on the base board. Over time it will start to rub the paint off. So I purchased a different door guide with 2 rollers. It works much better.

Works perfectly!! Easy to install and adjust. The barn door works exactly like it should now.
