FLIMSY!!!.This should be a freebie with another purchase because it can only hold a phone until a light breeze doesn’t comes your way then it all falls down. If you use this tripod it you better purchase a phone mount to attach to the tripod if you value you’re phone. Lucky I purchased the basic amazon tripod without a mount which is sturdier and less expensive even after purchasing an iPad tripod mount. Both mounts required a case to secure my iPad. (I needed a case anyway because my old case is begging to retire) Needless to say I’m returning this product ASAP.

My tripod shipped right away. I set it up in a few minutes. The instructions are not in English but Asian 😐The top mount does not securely stay on; it keeps falling off with my iPad. Even after tightening the screw as far as it will go...it still does not mount flush against the base.I've requested a replacement and will see if I still have the same problem.

Only gave 3 stars bc I had to spend a lot of time trying to figure out how this works! Some instructions (in English) would have been helpful! But it wasn’t expensive so I guess that’s what you get! Quality is OK - serves its purpose - but I’m not expecting it to last a long time.

My husband is responsible for recording our daughter's hockey games on his Ipad. He'd been just holding the Ipad but was jerking around too much so when I found this, it was the perfect Christmas present. He used it for the first time today and it worked great. He quickly put it together and it had all of the features he needed for this purpose. He's happy to now be hands free while recording. He gives it an A+.

This is exactly what I wanted. I'm impressed with how many different ways you can adjust and move the tripod around. Locking mechanisms work very well. Very durable and sturdy. The remote to operate the flash, that they give you, however is worthless if you have a iPad pro. It's not Bluetooth capable, I guess. It's not a big deal for me. Overall, extremely happy with it.

The second time the product was used the main screw broke. Then the next time I used it, it would not stand up straight. It would lean to one side as if it was about to fall over. I was trying to be optimistic about it. So, I wrote and asked them if I could buy a replacement part. I never received an answer. So the product stinks. And the customer service is worse.

This far batter than other brand names that cost less! Material is good, strong, and easy to assemble. Folds nicely in the bag that came with it.

Bought this to stick an iPad on for our wedding. Worked great.
