The package came in squished, aside from that , I had gone through Halo and the office didn't really give an aftercare package. This cream was recommended through YouTube videos. I received it early this morning and the product is so helpful in alleviating dryness. It isn't watery. I recommend it, again, packaging wasn't great, but the product works

Recently went to a Med Spa for skin care consultation and was given a sample of this. I am a 70 year old who uses Trentinoin cream which works wonders but very drying...this cream melted into my skin and moisturized.. not greasy or sticky. I have been using Eucerin for years but this cream is better and cost doesn't break the bank...highly recommend

I used this cream to calm down my skin after microneedling and I think it did a good job. This is my second time microneedling and my aesthetician really went all the way. I did not have this the first time around, but she was not as aggressive the first time around, and I still healed in about the same amount of time, so it may have made a difference. It definitely soothes the skin and feels cool on the irritated skin. I can imagine this would soothe burns and other raw skin situations.

This product used to be very good for sensitive skin. I was running low on it so I ordered it on Amazon since it's difficult to find in the local stores. It arrived without the protective seal at the top and the outside box looked pretty bent out of shape. I returned it and reordered it and the same thing happened. I then purchased it in a local store. Unfortunately, Avene changed the formula and the new version is no longer like the original product. It's much heavier and feels totally different. Also, it caused a lot of itching, clearly an allergic reaction. I could not wait to wash it off. Sadly, I will no longer trust Avene products as I have had the same experience with a lot of their new formulations.
