What's not to like?

I started drinking these instant mixes as meal replacements when I was using semaglutide and couldn't keep any food down. The strawberry flavor is tasty and I mix it with oat milk. Now that I'm off the GLP1 stuff, it's perfect for breakfast when you aren't terribly hungry in the mornings, and is also good as a light dessert. Amazon had a really great deal on a case, so I got stocked up for a few months. Will definitely buy again.
