So I actually bought these to clean my pool skimmers with haha! My husband makes fun of how big of a wuss I am about critters being in the skimmers. We’ve tried using the baskets with the built in handles, but they continue to break. These tongs are so long that I can reach the bottom of the basket and still keep my hands far from the water. Now, I don’t mind cleaning out the pool skimmers!

I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my brother and his wife. They use a 22-inch Weber charcoal grill multiple times a week and wanted some long, durable tongs. The length of these is great for grilling, and the no-slip grip works well when moving things on and off of the grill. They lock easily which also makes them more condensed for storage. I'm happy with the purchase, and would definitely purchase it again. Note: I can't comment on durability for ani-rust qualities (sometimes an issue with the coil parts on tongs) because he has not used them yet.

Cooking multiple items over a big charcoal grill can put your fingers in danger. These long tongs allow you to move food items around safely. Easy to lock, easy to clean. I have not tried them in the dishwasher, I don't know if that's recommended.

We don't use these tongs for cooking. Rather for we older people to pick thigs dropped on the floor.

Just what I needed for my Blackstone

I sue these for taking knives out of my kiln during heat treat. The interior is above 1000c, and as such leather welding gloves begin to smoke after about 1/2 a second. These tongs are sturdy enough to pick up steel objects, and very long, allowing me to Reach the tongs into the kiln, without holding my hands above. Obviously, not designed for this, but this would be equally true for a BBQ albeit far lower temperatures! Good cheap sturdy and very long.

I like it, it is a better quality than dollar store ones and the several previous I used . Edges are not too sharp , they are large enough to have a good grip , it closes for easy storage. I saw the comments before buying and I did not know what to expect but happy I did not believe and ordered it.

Funktioniert gut, die Länge ist ideal, um sich am Grill nicht die Hände zu verbrennen. Und auch größere Stücke/Steaks kann man damit gut und sicher greifen und festhalten. Werden uns eine 2. bestellen, da wir oft Grillen und eine dann meist gerade im Geschirtspüler liegt.

Wow...starting to believe amazon reviews aren’t worth a damn....i was expecting premium quality for the money..cheap stainless...I’ll be returning them....
